Follow the following steps if you have a major problem and suspect it can come from DiscountDuck :
1. Disable the app and check if the problem is still present, DiscountDuck NEVER execute ANYTHING on your store when disabled, so if the problem is still there when the app is disabled, the problem can't be created by DiscountDuck.
2. If the problem, is still present after disabling the app, check if you have an incompatible app installed on your store, if yes, try to disable it and see if the problem is fixed
3. If you don't have any incompatible apps installed and the problem disappear when you disable the app, please keep the app disabled and contact us, we'll investigate and fix the problem.
