  1. DOES DISCOUNTDUCK MODIFY MY PRODUCTS ?
    DiscountDuck doesn't modify your products so its safe to install for your store. If you notice any problem with the app, please click the Disable button in configuration and contact us for support.
  2. HOW TO ENABLE DISCOUNTDUCK
    To enable DiscountDuck, go to the configuration page and click the Enable button.
  3. NOTHING HAPPEN WHEN I CLICK THE ENABLE BUTTON
    DiscountDuck widget only appear on procut pages linked to an offer, first, make sure you created an offer, if the problem persist, please contact us.
  4. ON WHICH PAGE DISCOUNTDUCK ADD WIDGETS ?
    DiscountDuck add a widget on every product page configured in an offer as well as on the cart page if a discount is valid for the current cart.
  5. THE DISCOUNT IS NOT APPLIED AT CHECKOUT
    If the discount is not applied at checkout, first, disable all other discount management applications installed on your store. If the problem persist, please contact us, we will take care of the integration of DiscountDuck with your theme.
  6. SOME FEATURES ON MY STORE DOESN'T WORK AFTER INSTALLING DISCOUNTDUCK
    If you notice an issue on your store after installing DicountDuck, first go on the configuration panel of DiscountDuck and click "Disable", this will remove all our code from your store. After disabling the app, contact us so we can solve the issue.
  7. HOW CAN I REMOVE DISCOUNTDUCK FROM MY STORE
    To remove DiscountDuck from your Store, disable the app from DiscountDuck configuration panel and then uninstall the app, this will safely remove all the code of DiscountDuck from your store.
  8. DISCOUNTDUCK DOESN'T WORK SINCE VERSION 2
    If you're facing problems since DiscountDuck v2, please contact us to report the bug you found, we'll fix it as fast as possible.
  9. I HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE ON MY STORE
    If you have a major issue after installing DiscountDuck on your store, first, go to the configuration panel and click on "Disable", it will remove all our code from your shop and keep your data safe.
    If the issue is still here after disabling DiscountDuck, it must be from another app.
    If the issue disappeared after disabling the app, please keep it disabled and contact us, we'll investigate and fix the problem.
  10. WHAT APPS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DISCOUNTDUCK ?
    Shopify doesn't support to have more than one discount management apps installed on a store at the same time, so all the apps aiming to apply a discount at checkout can create conflicts with DiscountDuck.
    If you have an issue with the checkout ( checkout button disabled or not displayed, discount not applied ), please try to disable all these apps and check if it solve the issue.
    If it doesn't solve the issue, please contact us for assistance.
